I'm leaving PubLoft/GigLoft to learn how a startup is supposed to operate

After running my own companies for four years (Schmooz, PubLoft, and GigLoft), I have decided it’s time that I get some experience with companies in the real world so I can get a better understanding of how startups work, how good managers think, and how to be an excellent CEO. Because candidly, I leave a lot to be desired.
